We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing company policies, and fostering a positive work culture. Responsibilities:

Department Oversight: Manage daily HR operations and lead the HR team.
Strategy Alignment: Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business objectives.

Onboarding: Design and manage structured onboarding programs to welcome and integrate new hires.
Hiring Strategy: Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and resolve workplace disputes.
Record Keeping: Oversee the maintenance of confidential employee records and HR data system compliance.
Legal Standards: Ensure company policies comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in an HR management or generalist role.
Extensive knowledge of HR principles and processes.
Competence in using HR data to make strategic decisions.
Effective interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage change effectively.
Skill in aligning HR programs with company goals.
