- Oversee project budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow, and monthly billings; manage the end-to-end change order process to protect project profitability.
- Review plans, specs, and submittals to identify scope gaps or constructability risks early; manage RFIs, equipment procurement, and long-lead material deliveries.
- Serve as the primary contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors, leading progress meetings and driving collaborative problem-solving to build long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality, maintaining precise, up-to-date project records, contracts, and change communications across all teams.

- Proven track record leading project budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, labor productivity, change orders, RFIs, and subcontractor/trade coordination.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage field teams, partner with GCs and owners, and drive safety and accountability.
- Experience with Data Center/Mission Critical builds, union environments, Procore/MS Project, OSHA safety training, or PMP certification; ability to travel to job sites as needed.
